Chad Wilde, MD, MS

Chad Wilde, MD, is currently President and Medical Director of a private practice, comprehensive pain management center in   Simi Valley California. Additionally, he is staff anesthesiologist and pain management specialist at Simi Valley Hospital and staff anesthesiologist at Erie County Medical Center and Sisters Hospital in Buffalo, New York. Since Dr. Wilde enjoys both pain management and anesthesia, he continues to provide anesthesia services approximately 10% of the time and the remaining 90% is devoted to Interventional Pain Management.  He also continues to teach, both - the SUNY Buffalo Residents, and Fellows in both Anesthesiology and Pain Management, a few times during the year.  He also gives lectures, locally in Simi Valley, to Physicians and Nurses with the goal of educating the community on the importance of accurate diagnosis and early effective treatment of acute and chronic pain.

 

Dr Wilde is certified in two specialties:  Pain Management; and Anesthesia.  This allows him to be knowledgeable in how to deal with pain, with different forms of anesthesia.

 

Dr. Wilde's strengths include diverse educational training including knowledge of alternative medicines and excellent ability to develop rapport with patients; understand and relate to similarities and differences among many diverse cultural groups, a quality that results in better serving patients' needs; comfort in teaching, supervising and leadership roles inside and outside of the Operating Room; and innate physical ability and refined procedural skills with interventional pain procedures.
