From the 118, take Erringer exit, go south to Los Angeles Ave.  Go west to 1350 E Los Angeles Ave.

 

There is plenty of parking in the back.

 

Our office entrance is in the back of the building.  Enter through the back entrance, go up the elevator to the third floor. Go around to the right, and immediately, you will see Simi Pain Center (#3A).
