Dr Wilde is available, and can be on-call 24 hours, 7 days-a-week.  He can be available to visit you at a hospital, nursing home, or could come to your house.

 

Angie and Christina (medical assistants) are available Monday - Friday (9:30 am - 6:30 pm) at (805) 504-4810.  They can help you with future appointments, questions about prescriptions, filling out office forms, payment options, and in many other areas.

 

Jim (medical biller) is available Monday - Friday (9:30 am - 6:30 pm) at (805) 504-4678.  He can answer questions about your  the EOB (explanation of benefits) from your insurance agency, how to request an appeal, a statement you have received, or an uncoming financial situation ... feel free to contact him.
